Trans Atlantic Chess Cooperative Online Training Series Scholarship Winners

Greetings Chess Players. My name is Chris Torres and this is my daily chess musing for Sunday, February 28, 2021.

The Eade Foundation considers chess to be a social good and thus strives to improve society through the promotion of chess literacy and chess excellence. To further this goal, FIDE Master James Eade asked me to select ten players to receive a $125 scholarship good for a full ten sessions of the Trans Atlantic Chess Cooperative Online Training Series. This training series will promote chess excellence through classes taught by GM Gata Kamsky, GM Mikhalchishin, GM Larry Christiansen, GM Mikhail Gurevich, GM Joel Benjamin, GM Efstratios Grivas, GM Iossif Dorfman, GM Arshak Petrosian, GM Ivan Sokolov, and GM Alexander Khalifman. The Daily Chess Musings chess community is pleased to offer ten outstanding students this opportunity. Note that choosing the award recipients was a very difficult task for me as there were many more excellent applicants than scholarships to award. After reviewing hundreds of scholarship applications, I chose:
