Bring your daughters to the 2026 Fremont All-Girls Chess Championship on Sunday, April 26th, in Fremont, California. This exciting event is not only a fantastic opportunity for young ladies in the Northern California chess community to showcase their skills in a supportive and empowering environment, but it’s also a free US Chess rated tournament! Encourage your daughters to connect with fellow chess enthusiasts, enhance their strategic thinking, and gain valuable tournament experience. Remember, family participation in events like these can make a significant difference in your daughter’s chess journey!
Note: I am not organizing this event but will be in attendance to celebrate girls playing chess together and collecting games for the CalChess Journal.
