Greetings Chess Players. My name is Chris Torres and this is my daily chess musing for February 8, 2021
Congratulations to Sebastien Mei (chessfor107) for winning one of New Year’s Blitz Chess Extravaganza Raffle Prizes. He used his $30 gift card for American Chess Equipment on this beautiful chess set.
And speaking of prizes, I know we are way behind on the winter camp prizes. My wife volunteers her time to calculate all the points and mail the prizes out. She has been ill with a chronic condition since early January and her doctor ordered her to take it easy until she improved. She got half way through them this weekend and we will be posting the results by Friday. Thank you for your patience with this.
